Move-in fees include a $55 application fee (per applicant) and a $150 administrative fee. Monthly charges include a $12 insurance fee, a $16 trash fee, a $5 utility billing admin fee, and a $20 valet trash fee. A utility setup fee and deactivation fee of $20 each may also apply.
Your security deposit is refundable provided your apartment is returned in good condition, with no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease obligations are fulfilled including timely notice of your move-out intent.
